Creating a Sequel to the Odyssey

Odysseus has returned to his homeland, Ithaca, after a ten year battle upon the high seas. He has defeated monster and man alike in the attempt to recapture his wife and palace. After being reunited with his son, Telemachus, things seem back to normal.

But a story as grand as this one must go on. What will happen now that Odysseus is back? What changes have taken place in Ithaca with which he must cope? What will his relationships be like with Telemachus, Penelope, and his people? Will the gods find new ways to intervene in his life? Ancient Egypt WebQuest

      Ancient Egypt Pyramid Exploration

Curious about the Pyramids? Many questions have been asked about these mysterious pyramids…Why were they built? Who built them? When were they built? All of these Questions have been answered…except for one…Just HOW were these great pyramids built?….

The Mission… I have been specially requested by the National Hurricane Center to lead an expedition involving the construction of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids. The experts at the Hurricane Center have come to the conclusion that if these massive pyramids can withstand thousands of years of sandstorms, then they could definitely survive hurricane force winds. If their calculations are correct, then all coastal homes located in the United States will be built according to Ancient Egyptian Pyramid standards. But, there is only one problem… We do not know HOW the Pyramids were built!!!! -- C. Schoerverth Fall 2006
