About the Author

Thelma Seyferth is a doctoral candidate in Instructional Technology at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Her current research involves the integration of open source digital technologies into teacher preparation programs to improve the use of technologies as learning tools by preservice teachers. ‘In Search of the Perfect WebQuest’ is part of a technology enhancement project piloted in Fall 2006, involving undergraduate pre-education majors.
